As we continue expanding in the US market, we’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Success & Growth Specialist who combines strong communication skills with a passion for sales, customer success, and digital marketing.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for introducing PriceRest to potential customers, delivering product demonstrations, supporting existing clients, and contributing to the future growth of our platform.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams while becoming a trusted advisor for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers in the US and global markets.
• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and introduce PriceRest to potential customers.
• Conduct professional online product demonstrations in English.
• Clearly explain PriceRest’s features, workflows, and business value to prospects.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Provide first-level customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements clearly to the product and engineering teams.
• Identify UX, usability, and workflow improvement opportunities based on customer interactions.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose new product features and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Represent PriceRest professionally in meetings, webinars, and online presentations.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (or a closely related discipline):
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • International Business
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Communications
• Excellent spoken and written English (near-native or professional business proficiency).
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Experience working with B2B software products.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Digital marketing knowledge, including LinkedIn marketing, email outreach, SEO, or Google Ads.
• Experience conducting live software demonstrations and webinars.

Senior Software Engineer – Frontend

Role Description: 

PriceRest is looking for experienced Frontend Software Developers to join our team. You will design, implement and maintain fully responsive and compatible web applications that will help us improve price monitoring & repricing solutions to e-commerce companies all around the world. You will get to investigate and use new technologies, tools while building high quality, user friendly and brand consistent web applications with an agile mindset.

Our Expectations About You:

• +3 years experience as a Frontend developer
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a related degree.
• Excellent with Javascript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery
• Experience writing with common libraries on SPA (React/Angular/Ember)
• Experience creating reusable frontend patterns; components, configurations, decorators, styles, etc
• Experience in REST API & JSON technologies
• Self-starter, highly motivated and able to learn quickly
• Easy communicator, collaborative and passionate
• Having the agile mindset
• Being able to speak English .

Nice To Have

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Senior Software Engineer – Backend

Role Description: 

PriceRest is looking for experienced Software Engineers to join our team. You will design, implement and maintain distributed scalable systems that will help us improve price monitoring & repricing solutions to e-commerce companies all around the world. You will get to investigate and use new technologies, tools while building robust and scalable systems.

Our Expectations About You:

• +3 years experience in implementing distributed scalable systems
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a related degree.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
• Excellent with object-oriented and functional programming languages, such as Python, Java, Kotlin, etc
• Experience in Sql & NoSql database systems
• Experience in distributed web applications
• Self-starter, highly motivated and able to learn quickly
