Welcome to Resteam Teknoloji Yazılım Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi  (“PriceRest”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PriceRest website, software platform, APIs, services, reports, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using PriceRest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

PriceRest reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Data Accuracy and Availability

PriceRest collects and processes pricing, product, stock, and marketplace information from various public and authorized sources.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data.
  • Market data may contain delays or inaccuracies.
  • Competitor websites may change content without notice.
  • Pricing decisions remain solely the responsibility of the customer.

PriceRest shall not be liable for business decisions made based on platform data.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, databases, algorithms, reports, trademarks, logos, designs, and content, remain the exclusive property of PriceRest or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.

Users may not:

  • Copy platform functionality.
  • Create derivative works.
  • Reproduce proprietary reports.
  • Use PriceRest trademarks without permission.

10. API Access

If API access is provided:

  • API credentials must remain confidential.
  • Excessive or abusive API usage may be limited.
  • API rate limits may be imposed.
  • We may modify API functionality at any time.

PriceRest reserves the right to suspend API access for misuse or security concerns.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services.

However, PriceRest does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability.
  • Error-free operation.
  • Uninterrupted access.
  • Compatibility with all systems or browsers.

Maintenance, updates, outages, and third-party failures may temporarily affect service availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

PriceRest shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

In all cases, PriceRest’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to PriceRest during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

PriceRest disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy of information
  • Continuous availability

Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PriceRest, its employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Violation of applicable laws.
  • Violation of third-party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

PriceRest may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

  • Payment obligations are not met.

  • Security risks arise.

Upon termination, access to the Services may immediately cease.

16. Confidentiality

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ankara, Türkiye.

PriceRest may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
